CanineOS received another round of improvements designed to make your experience clearer and more reliable.

Clients will now see more accurate payment totals when account credits are transferred between reservations, along with clearer receipt language that distinguishes credits from refunds. Notifications containing helpful CanineOS links are also easier to use because those links can now be opened directly. Behind the scenes, we improved training-course organization, course-completion accuracy, daily operational planning, service management, and recordkeeping tools. These updates help our team find upcoming work more quickly, maintain clearer records, and provide more consistent service across locations. No action is required from clients at this time. If something in your account, receipt history, booking, or training record does not look correct, please contact the Custom Canine Unlimited team so we can review it.
